Art Club with Jeff (2nd to 5th grade)

In our club, before starting their art work, the young artist learn about an artist and some of their paintings. The kids will see examples of the artists’ work and talk about what they notice and a particular artist’s style. Then off they will go, trying to emulate the artist’s style with their own piece of work.  Maybe a Monet inspired drawing of a soccer game. Or cut outs of New York City buildings as Matisse would have done it. So, join us, get a little messy, and let’s make some art! Jeff is a teacher at CWS.
